DMS offers an optional Automatic Tool Length Sensor feature as part of the Automatic Length Measurement Tools available on both the 3 and 5 Axis CNC router products. All length measurement systems are highly accurate and feature a single M-Code that executes automatic tool selection from the magazine and tool positioning to the probe measuring position. Upon tool tip detection by the probe, the individual measured tool length is automatically stored in the Fagor Tool Offset Table.
