Diversified Machine Systems is a privately-held corporation with headquarters located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are an industry-leading designer and American manufacturer of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers and machining solutions.
We supply machines to a wide variety of manufacturing sectors including aerospace, automotive, marine, recreational vehicles, 3D sculpture, concept models, pattern making, formed plastics and woodworking among others.

All of our CNC machines feature a stress-relieved steel frame that is completely fabricated and assembled in-house, this ensures all of our machines meet the highest standards of quality.
DMS Acquired
In November 2018, SCM Group, a leading Italian multinational company in machinery and industrial equipment, finalized the acquisition of DMS.
DMS is an important US player in the design, manufacture, distribution and service of innovative CNC machinery, particularly for many plastics and composite materials applications. The acquisition strengthens SCM Group’s global leadership in these and other sectors and is complementary to a broad portfolio already established in these markets via its venerable CMS brand of customized CNC machines.
A Sales Team United
In January 2021, CMS North America and DMS sales staff merged into a unified sales force that strengthened each company’s individual, limitless capabilities with composites, carbon fiber, aluminum, light alloys, and metal materials. By unifying these unique skill sets and industry leading products that each company possessed, we were able to create new standards of excellence for uncharted, innovative solutions.
The Founders
The founders of DMS are highly-talented engineers, each with over 35 years of combined machine tool design and CNC machining experience, which translates into a diverse product line with structural integrity, performance and features not available in any CNC machining center of this class or price range.
Our Capabilities
We offer a full line of standard 3 and 5-axis CNC machines, in addition to custom router and machining solutions. All engineering, structural fabrication and machine assembly takes place at our DMS facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our capabilities include complete in-house mechanical and electrical engineering, welding and steel fabrication, a fully-equipped machine shop, a large scale CNC machining center, mechanical and electrical assembly operations, control system integration and final test processes.

We provide full technical product support and a complete spare parts inventory.
