The HSD ES929 HSK F63 spindle is a powerful air-cooled electro-spindle built for continuous-duty operation and high-speed accuracy. Operating on 380 V three-phase power, this 4-pole motor delivers 10 kW continuous (S1) and 12 kW intermittent (S6) output at up to 24 000 RPM. Its integrated fan cooling system maintains stable temperatures during extended runs without the need for external chillers. The HSK F63 tool interface ensures rigid tool holding and quick changes for precision routing, milling, and drilling applications.
The long-nose configuration extends cutting reach and provides flexibility for deep machining tasks while maintaining excellent balance and low vibration. Ceramic bearings and an anodized aluminum body provide superior durability and thermal stability for demanding production environments.
