1. Shipping Methods
Small Parts & Accessories: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or another standard parcel carrier.
Large Equipment & Machinery: Shipped by freight/LTL carrier. Delivery may require special handling, unloading equipment, or customer assistance.
International Shipments: Subject to additional duties, taxes, and import regulations. Customers are responsible for compliance with all customs requirements.
2. Processing Times
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order
confirmation.
Custom or special-order items will be quoted with estimated lead times during the
order process.
Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next
business day
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout for small parcel shipments.
Freight/LTL shipping costs are quoted separately and must be approved prior to shipment.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise specified in writing
by DMS.
4. Risk of Loss & Ownership
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product has been handed over to
the carrier.
DMS is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transit.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
Any damage or shortage must be reported to DMS within 48 hours of delivery.
For freight shipments: note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing for the
shipment. Failure to do so may affect eligibility for claims.
6. Delivery Requirements
Freight deliveries require access for large trucks. Customers are responsible for ensuring
a safe and accessible delivery location.
If unloading equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) is required, the customer must provide
it unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, lift-gate service, or inside delivery.
7. International Deliveries
Customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, tariffs, taxes, and compliance with import/export laws.
DMS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
