The HSD ES929 HSK F63 spindle is a high-output, air-cooled solution built for continuous-duty industrial routing and milling. Operating at 380 V with a 4-pole asynchronous motor, it provides 7.5 kW continuous (S1) and 9 kW intermittent (S6) power, equivalent to approximately 12 horsepower.
Integrated fan cooling keeps temperatures consistent under load without external chillers. The HSK F63 tool interface offers precise tool changes and rigid clamping for complex machining operations. Its long-nose design extends reach for deep cuts and specialty fixtures while maintaining balance and low vibration.
Built with ceramic bearings and aluminum housing, the ES929 ensures reliability for high-speed production in wood, aluminum, and composite materials.
