This is an industrial machine with an industrial controller. Having individual buttons instead of using a mouse to operate that machine is fantastic. In the beginning, I felt it would be difficult to get used to using industrial control but find it very simple to operate and has saved my bed more than once!

My FMT has opened up new doors for me I would have never thought possible prior to having the machine.
The FMT gives me the confidence to pursue larger jobs because I know I can deliver a quality product on the time schedule my customer needs.

Brian with Freedom Machine Tool proved to be a very knowledgeable CNC machinist and an excellent trainer. He strictly walked us through the training regimen while giving us insight into the great potential of Orthorout both within and outside the orthotics industry.
The training manual and ancillary notes were incredibly useful not only and training but as a reference point after he left. This helped us at Soley Orthotics to better understand the machine's operations and thus our operation of it.

We have created the most rigid machine in its class and continue to innovate while working with new partners in everything from components to software. What makes the FMT unique is our commitment to our customer before and after purchase by providing the most comprehensive support possible.
The FMT has continued to evolve and the present version truly is an engineering marvel.
When we created the first FMT we knew it offered the rigidity and quality we had become known for here at DMS. We had found a niche in the CNC market and were able to produce a quality of machine unmatched in North America that came in a footprint many had always thought of as hobby level.
Word grew about our new product line and soon we began to produce FMT machines for our larger clients as well as smaller workshops. The machines were starting to take off and we found ourselves pushing hard to see how far we could push the quality of the FMT while still maintaining our economical footprint.
We love talking CNC and are happy to answer any of your questions!
