Diversified Machine Systems (DMS) has seen steady growth over the last few years, acquiring a number of Fortune 500 customers. To meet this need, DMS doubled the size of its support group in the last year by hiring 9 additional experienced technicians to assist with the increased workload. DMS has also created a new position for a Customer Service Assistant, who answers all incoming service calls, logs the case into the database, and assigns the call to one of DMS’ technicians to handle. By implementing this process DMS’ support Manager is able to monitor each case in the system, to ensure that it’s resolved to the client’s satisfaction. The Service Department is available by phone Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm, and after hours as needed. If an on-site visit is required to fix the problem, they can typically have one of the company’s technicians at your facility within 48 hours.
