Long term reliability of any machine tool depends on a regular maintenance and lubrication schedule. Inadequate lubricant to the bearings will cause premature wear to not only the bearings but the trackway rails. Over time, machine stability will suffer and repair will be costly. DMS offers an optional Automatic Bearing Lubrication System. Each bearing on the machine is connected to a central manifold.
